Doi Lao Wu, in Chiang Mai’s Wiang Haeng District, is a scenic Lisu hill-tribe village known for cool highland views and sunrises over Doi Luang Chiang Dao. It’s also part of Thailand’s specialty coffee scene, producing high-altitude Arabica with unique fruit-forward flavors from innovative processing methods.

These beans are prepared using the Sato Process. The Sato process is a coffee fermentation method that harnesses carefully selected microorganisms to develop distinctive flavors and aromas, resulting in a truly unique cup profile.

This results in a cup that is often fruity, sweet, and full-bodied, perfect for filtered brews.
