Mae Hong Son is a region celebrated for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty. Influenced by historic Yunnanese migration, it blends Chinese architecture and trade with the traditions of local hill tribes. Today, its fertile highlands are home to thriving coffee-growing communities.

These beans are processed using the washed (wet) method, where the coffee cherry’s skin and pulp are removed before fermentation and washing. This brings out a clean, balanced flavor profile that highlights the bean’s natural character.

The result is a versatile and flavorful cup — perfect for your favorite brewing method, whether it’s espresso, filter, cold brew, or French press.
