Cultivated in the lush highlands of Northern Thailand and roasted in Chiang Mai, our coffee showcases the craftsmanship driving Thailand's specialty coffee movement.

Our Chocolala beans are processed using the washed (wet) method, where the coffee cherry’s skin and pulp are removed before fermentation and washing. This brings out a bold but balanced flavor profile that highlights the bean’s natural character.

The resulting cup is rich, aromatic and robust, perfect for any espresso based drink

Our Brew

Enjoy our Chocolala roast in an espresso to fully extract its chocolatey and nutty profile.

Notes were accurate. I liked the dark roast, will buy again.

Chocolala

Chocolala is really like the darkest of dark chocolate 😍

Chocolala

Ultra dark roast reminiscent of San Francisco roaster , Graffeo and Melbourne style dark roast. Depending how you grind and pull a shot you’ll get smokiness and cacao. Ideal for milk based drinks, not so espresso - the dark roast kills any fruitiness from the beans, as it’s normally the case .

I ordered this for a friend, so I can't comment on the flavor of the beans, but the delivery was fast and I like the simple and elegant packaging.

Dark roasts are underrated in my opinion. You just need to get the good ones and this is one of them. Nice toasty notes and spectacular moutfeel without being overbearing. Maybe I'm just a really good brewer though.
